Kindly note we have a firm cancellation policy at YOUTH MediSpa as your time is valuable and so is ours. We do understand that certain scenarios arise however, please give us 48 hours to rebook or cancel your appointment. Failure to reschedule or cancel an appointment within the 48 hour time frame prior to your schedule appointment will result in a charge of $100 CAD to the credit card on file.

Upon booking an appointment at YOUTH MediSpa you must provide an active credit card to be saved to your profile. Your credit card information is secured and will only be charged if you fail to meet the cancellation & no show policy.
